Dr. Yasemin Saib, PhD

Dr. Yasemin Saib is a skilled translator and interpreter specializing in English, Arabic, and Turkish, with extensive experience in legal, medical, and psychiatric settings.

She has served clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, providing accurate interpretation in courts, law firms, hospitals, and mediation.

In addition to her translation work, Dr. Saib is an experienced academic, nonprofit leader, and founder of several organizations.

Gökçe Hattat

Gökçe Hattat graduated from Marmara University in 2014 with a degree in English Translation and Interpreting. She also holds a Pedagogical Formation Certificate from Marmara University and spent three years teaching English in Istanbul. She later worked at İstek Özel Kemal Atatürk Schools as a PYP (Primary Years Program) Translator and Assistant Coordinator, supporting bilingual curriculum development and international program communication. For nearly four years, she has been living in Miami, where she continues to work as both a written and verbal translator. Her experience spans academic, educational, corporate, and multicultural settings in both Istanbul and Miami.

Social Media Manager

Füsun Arıkan

Since 2002, she has worked as a Social Media and Communication Strategies Manager in national and international companies. Füsun, who joined the THC family in 2017, has created our brand voice across all our communication channels and designed our social media campaigns. She enables us to communicate effectively on digital channels through creative content planning and performance tracking.

She enjoys being involved in all aspects of communication and, as a hobby, works as a dog trainer, gaining experience in interspecies communication.

Esra Alpaytaç

Esra Alpaytaç is a Tampa-based certified and sworn court interpreter specializing in high-precision Turkish–English communication. Combining an MBA from Georgetown University with a background in international relations, she provides expert linguistic mediation for legal, corporate, and immigration matters.

She is distinguished by her terminology mastery and strict confidentiality in high-stakes environments, including:

• Legal: Sworn testimony, judicial proceedings, and USCIS/immigration cases.

• Corporate: Contract translations, corporate filings, and multilateral negotiations.

• Executive: High-level leadership dialogue and strategic communication.

A detail-oriented professional, Esra ensures accurate and impartial support for attorneys and global executives, facilitating complex legal and business processes with absolute confidence.

Customer Relations Manager

Ayşe Tuğba Güngören

Tuğba Güngören has experience in customer relations management, operational coordination, and multilingual communication. She actively contributes to the organization of client communications and service processes across operations carried out between Turkey and the United States.

With her international working experience, she effectively communicates with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and consistently maintains a professional approach across all points of contact.

İbrahim Yağız Uysal

Graduate of Doğuş University's English Language and Literature Department. Completed Pedagogical Formation training at Istanbul Medeniyet University in 2025. Currently enrolled in the Data Analysis School's Artificial Intelligence and Facilitating Tools certificate program. Joined the THC team in 2024, working as Translator and Research Assistant.
