Professional translation projects are typically charged based on 'per-word' rates. Your project might require extra steps and therefore might be translated on a 'per-page' basis.
Other translation services, such as websites and localization projects have different pricing models.
02 What is the average turnaround time?
Turnaround time will vary based on the scale and complexity of each project. As a general rule of thumb, turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours for 1,500 to 2,000 words for a professional linguist. Should you require Express Service and rush a project, please keep in mind that this would involve an extra fee.
03 How do you ensure translation quality?
Every project is unique and requires full attention. Our multi-step quality assurance process is rather comprehensive and aims to provide you with flawlessly translated projects.
04 Which file types can you work with?
Although our Team can handle many different types of files, some file types may take longer to process than others. Once you contact us, we can guide you on the best way to submit your files/projects.
05 Can you give references?
Yes, we can. But, as most of the projects and documents we work on require confidentiality, we are not in a position to disclose any names without the consent of our client(s).
06 What if I am not satisfied with the work?
It is highly unlikely that you would not be satisfied with the final product we provide but in some cases some changes in format might be demanded by the client which we would be more than happy to look into.
